Navia Scales pulls boyfriend’s hair after he takes her phone

25-year-old Navia Scales had a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Nicolas Roberson, at their Brentridge Apartment on April 14th. Roberson called the police, stating that Scales pulled his hair, so when officers arrived, they interviewed the couple. They both told officers that Scales had called someone on the phone, which sparked an argument. During the argument, Robertson had taken Scales’ phone out of her hand. In response, Scales pulled his hair out so he would return her phone. Scales was deemed the primary aggressor and then was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Cody Williams found “convulsing” on floor, chases roommate with broken picture frame

33-year-old Cody Williams was involved in a domestic altercation with his roommate, Michelle Coleman, at their Dale View home on April 13th. Coleman stated that she had heard a very loud crash coming from Williams’s room and had noticed him “convulsing” on the floor. Coleman then tried to assist Williams, but he woke up and began acting erratic. Coleman then left the room for her safety, and Williams came running from the bedroom, chasing after her with a broken picture frame.  Coleman stated she was in fear of bodily injury and had run away from the residence. Williams claimed he saw a cat enter the home and was trying to chase it out. Williams had also denied taking any drugs but had similar erratic behavior with police. Police took Williams into custody and booked him for domestic assault on April 14th.

18-Year-Old Thomas Martin Jr. threatens to punch pregnant family member during argument

18-year-old Thomas Martin Jr. had a domestic incident with his family member, Tomisha Martin, at their Maudina Avenue apartment in the early hours of April 17th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Tomisha and the witness, Tara Martin, Thomas Martin Jr.’s mother. Tara stated that Martin Jr. had been playing basketball outside their apartment around 3:00 a.m., so Tara told him to come inside. He complied, but a verbal dispute ensued between them when he got inside. During the argument, Martin Jr. threatened to punch Tomisha, who is currently pregnant with twins, placing her in fear of bodily harm. Officers deemed Martin Jr. as the primary aggressor, and then he was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Tyla Griffin backhands boyfriend, records his reaction during argument

20-year-old Tyla Griffin was involved in a domestic incident with Devonte Pentegrass at an Elm Street residence. When officers arrived on the scene, they heard arguing through the door and proceeded to speak with Pentegrass. Pentegrass claimed Griffin had backhand slapped him across the face. Pentegrass also stated that Griffin was slapping and saying offensive things to him the entire night to provoke him and told her she needed to leave but Griffin refused. This is when Pentegrass learned that Griffin was recording his reactions to her slapping him and being offensive.

Officers then spoke with Griffin, who initially claimed she had evidence of Pentegrass strangling her but later retracted her statement when officers asked her about it again. Griffin then admitted to slapping him earlier in the night. Officers deemed Griffin to be the primary aggressor, and while searching through her belongings, they found a small bag of marijuana and a THC vape. Griffin was taken in custody for domestic assault and simple possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bekhruz Raimkulov & his father kidnap his mother after catching her with another man

20-year-old Bekruz Raimkulov was involved in a domestic kidnapping incident with his father, Laziz Bazarov, that originated at a Bell Road residence on April 19th. When officers located the Prius near Marker 55, they performed a felony takedown, ordering the two out of the car. Officers detained Raimkulov and spoke with him, who stated that he and his father caught his mother, Shaknoza Bazarova, cheating in the act with another man. Raimkulov also noted that Bazarov started fighting the man, in which he only tried to break it up. Raimkulov and his father then grabbed his mother and forced her into the vehicle in which Raimkulov was driving, and his father held his mother in the backseat, choking her.

Earlier, When officers located the Prius, they spoke with Jeffrey Warden, a witness who claimed he was sitting in his car near a Bell Road residence when the incident occurred. Warden said he observed Bazarov banging on the vehicle’s windows next to him and proceeded to pull his wife, Shaknoza Bazarova, out of her car. Warden then claimed to have seen Bazarov punch Shaknoza and put a black handgun to her head, forcing her into the gray sedan that Bazarov’s co-defendant, Bekhruz Raimkulov, was driving. Warden then followed the vehicle until police arrived. Officers then spoke to Bazarov, who admitted to punching Shaknoza but would not give many details. Raimkulov was taken into custody and charged with aggravated kidnapping.

Liam Bailey tells ex-girlfriend “watching the life run out of your eyes will be the best feeling ever”

24-year-old Liam Bailey was taken into custody this week for aggravated stalking, order of protection violation, and aggravated assault. On April 15th, Mackenzie Snyder called the police and advised them that she and Bailey had been broken up for a year and a half. On April 14th, at the 7-Eleven on White Bridge Pike Road, Bailey followed Mackenzie from her home, pulled up next to her, and parked. When she tried to get out, he slid between their cars, pushed her door against her leg, smacked her, and punched her in the nose as she tried to get to her phone. During the struggle, she started hitting her horn, distracting him long enough for her to shut and lock her car door. Bailey began talking to her through her window, telling her to open the door, hitting and headbutting the window, causing him to have a bloody nose.

Mackenzie kept honking her horn until the cashier from the 7-Eleven came outside and told them to leave, during which she explained the situation and was allowed to stay until her roommate arrived to escort her home. Snyder said that once she returned home, she had 200 text messages from Bailey, stating, “I will fucking murder you,” “Just wait, you’re going to die tomorrow,” “Slapping you in the face was the best feeling ever,” “I can’t wait till I’m beating the fuck out of you tomorrow, “Can’t wait to fucking kill you,” “Watching the life run out of your eyes will be the best feeling ever,” “I have a gun, and I will kill every single one of you,” “Tomorrow is the day I shine,” “I’m going to kill so many of your family members. I can’t wait.” “Tomorrow is the last day you ever fucking live hahahah,” “Literally going to kill you and your entire family with my bare hands,” “You will die,” “Oh, so with Dakota instead? I will remember that when I am beating the fuck out of you tomorrow,” and “Can’t wait to kill you.”

Then he sent her a photo of himself with blood running down his nose, wearing the same shirt he wore at 7-Eleven, which officers had footage of. When officers spoke to Snyder, they noticed her vehicle had blood smears on the driver’s side window and door. They saw an active order of protection against him, valid until May 15th, 2024. Bailey was previously arrested for a COR violation on May 30th, 2023, and had three reports from April 7th, 2023, through June 11th, 2023, with him as the suspect. Chassati French kicks ex-boyfriend’s car during argument

38-year-old Chassati French was involved in a domestic dispute with her ex-boyfriend, Lakota Bell, at her Lewis Street townhome complex on April 14th. Law enforcement arrived at the complex and gained access to camera footage of the incident. Officers observed French kicking the hood of Bell’s Chrysler 200 and instigating an argument with him. Bell was seen disengaging from French multiple times while on the phone with dispatch during the altercation. Surveillance also showcased French getting close to Bell’s face and throwing multiple punches toward Bell. Chassati French was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on April 19th.

19-year-old Ashley Robinson jumps on baby-daddy’s car during argument over childcare

19-year-old Ashley Nikole Robinson had a domestic altercation with the father of her child, Masaiyis White, at their Bridgecrest Drive townhouse on April 18th. Robinson called the police, stating she was assaulted by White, adding that they had been arguing since Monday regarding child care for their son. She told officers that White had brought their son to her grandmother’s house to drop him off, but she told him he could not leave him there because she had work in the morning. Then, she stated that after he dropped their kid off, she tried to enter his car without his permission, requesting he take her to the store, but he would not let her in. Robinson said the door was locked, so she tried pulling it and would not let go, prompting White to drive away to get her off of his car. Robinson then said he exited his vehicle, walked over to her, and slapped her cell phone out of her hand. Then, she threw a rock at him, causing them to fall into the bushes.

When officers spoke with White, he confirmed they had been arguing about child care. White then admitted to slapping Robinson’s phone away from her after she threw a fist-sized rock at the side of his head. He said that she rushed towards him and pushed him into the bushes, where she continued to throw rocks at him. White said he was trying to leave the complex when Robinson jumped on his car, trying to break his windshield. After discovering she had a previous domestic incident where she assaulted him and admitted to attacking him, officers deemed her as the primary aggressor. Robinson was then taken into custody for domestic assault.

Kathy Beech steals former roommate’s earrings worth $5,200

68-year-old Kathy Beech was caught stealing from her former roommate, Patricia Orlando, on September 23rd, 2023. Orlando was evicted from Beech’s residence, so she removed all her belongings and brought them to her new home. While unpacking her items, Orlando noticed two sets of diamond earrings were missing. One set was a set of 3/4 carat stud earrings, and the other was a pair of 1/2 carat stud earrings together worth $5,200. Orlando told law enforcement that she believed Beech took her earrings because she was the only person with access to them. Orlando also stated that she saw Beech enter her room and look around during the eviction process. Kathy Beech was taken into custody and charged with theft on April 18th, 2024.
