You may remember Alexander Frazier from the video of him speeding down East Nashville streets and running stop signs, even threatening a news crew that caught him in the act multiple times. He was released from custody at 1:06 today (06/30/17) after facing the 3 felony counts of Agg Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Frazier accepted a plea deal, which dropped one of the charges completely, and plead guilty to 2 lower counts of misdemeanor assault.

Frazier received a 11mo 29day sentence (suspended) for each of the two counts, with credit for the 6 days and 11 hours he waiting instead of bonding out, and will remain on probation through the length of the suspended sentence. Any violation of his probation terms could lead him to serve the full time. Frazier will be responsible for $723 in court fees/fines. Frazier will also be required to complete an anger management class.
