THE DEFENDANT WAS OBSERVED DRIVING ON TRINITY LANE. THE DEFENDANT CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP AT A FLASHING YELLOW LIGHT. IN ADDITION THE DEFENDANT FAILED TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF TRAVEL. I INITIATED A TRAFFIC STOP ON THE DEFENDANT. THE DEFENDANT SMELLED OF ALCOHOL. THE DEFENDANTS EYES WERE BLOOD SHOT AND WATERY. THE DEFENDANTS SPEECH WAS SLURRED. THE DEFENDANT AGREED TO PERFORM STANDARD FIELD SOBRIETY TASKS. THE DEFENDANT SHOWED SIX INDICATORS ON THE HGN TASK. THE DEFENDANT SHOWED FIVE INDICATORS ON THE WALK AND TURN. THE DEFENDANT SHOWED TWO INDICATORS ON THE ONE LEG STAND. THE DEFENDANT WAS READ HIS MIRANDA RIGHTS AND ADMITTED TO CONSUMING MULTIPLE BEERS PRIOR TO DRIVING. THE DEFENDANT WAS THEN INFORMED OF THE TENNESSEE IMPLIED CONSENT ADVISEMENT AND REFUSED TO SUBMIT TO EITHER TEST.

DEFENDANT: Denzel D Mason
The victim’s home located at xxx Surrey Road was burglarized on 7/23/17 and the defendant sold the victim’s Xbox gaming system to Cash America pawn shop located at 848 Dickerson Pike on 8/7/17. The defendant did not have permission to have the Xbox nor to sell it.
DEFENDANT: David A Sesona
The victim stated that she obtained a temporary order of protection on the defendant on 9/17/17. She stated that she was notified that the DCSO made contact with the defendant by phone and advised him of the order. The victim stated that the defendant came back to their shared residence on 9/18/17 and walked into the residence while she was there. She stated that she called 911 and the defendant left the residence driving a white Toyota Camry. I noticed the defendant driving south on Dickerson Pike near Rock Street while I was responding to the 911 call. The defendant was stopped driving the white Toyota Camry on Lemuel Road near Dickerson Pike. According to the state computer he does not have a valid TN Drivers license. DCSO verified the orders of protection and confirmed that he was advised by phone of the orders last night.
DEFENDANT: Wendall Rhodes
THE VICTIM STATES THE SUSPECT WHO IS HER BOYFRIEND WAS ARGUING WITH HER AND BECAME UPSET BECAUSE SHE WAS QUIET. DURING THE VERBAL ARGUMENT THE VICTIM STATES THE SUSPECT PUSHED HER AND STRANGLED HER SEVERAL TIMES WHERE SHE COULD NOT BREATHE. IN FEAR FOR HER SAFETY THE VICTIM STATES SHE GATHERED HER BELONGINGS AND STARTED TO PUT THEM IN HER VEHICLE. WHILE AT HER VEHICLE THE VICTIM STATES THE SUSPECT CAME OUTSIDE AND KEPT PULLING ON HER CALLING HER NAMES TO GET BACK IN THE HOUSE. AFTER SLAMMING THE VICTIM’S CAR DOOR THE SUSPECT MADE THREATS TO KILL THE VICTIM AND BURN HER WITH HIS CIGARETTE. THE SUSPECT THEN BURNED THE VICTIM WITH HIS CIGARETTE ABOVE HER RIGHT EYE.
