One of the males was identified as Wesley Harris and he admitted to smoking marijuana. Harris verbally consented to a search of his person. Sgt. Stevens located a small digital scale and a small baggie with a white powdery substance (4.2 grams). Based on Sgt. Stevens training and knowledge, the substance was immediately recognized as cocaine. Harris stated that the substance was in fact cocaine. Harris was also found to have a small baggie of marijuana (1.2 grams) located in his front waistband area.
