DEFENDANT: Ashley Louise Cathey

AT APPROXIMATELY 1500 I WAS DISPATCHED TO A CALL TO A REPORT OF A THEFT OF $10,000 FROM EMPLOYER. UPON ARRIVING I LEARNED THAT ASHLEY CATHEY, AN EMPLOYEE OF BRINKS, WAS OBSERVED ON CAMERA TAKING A STACK OF CASH, VALUED AT $10,000, OFF A BUNDLE OF CASH AND WALKING INTO THE LADIES’ RESTROOM AT APPROXIMATELY 1420 HRS. I OBSERVED THE VIDEO FOOTAGE AND PERSONALLY SAW WHAT APPEARED TO BE ASHLEY CATHEY TAKE A STACK OF CASH OFF A BUNDLE OF STACKED CASH AND GO INTO THE RESTROOM. MS CATHEY CONFESSED TO TAKING THE CASH ON TODAY AND WROTE A STATEMENT ADMITTING TO TAKING CASH OF APPROXIMATELY $600 IN THE PAST.

DEFENDANT: Samuel P Buckner

On 08/31/2017 officers were dispatched to W Hamilton Ave where the defendant, Samuel Buckner, and his ex-girlfriend, (victim), were waiting for officers outside the residence.

(victim) stated that she was inside her room inside the residence when Samuel came home and found her sitting there with the door open. She stated that he accused her of sleeping with their third roommate, xxxx , because of the door being open. A verbal argument ensued and she stated that Samuel escalated the verbal argument to physical when he struck her with a closed fist on her chin. He then ripped her shirt as he proceeded to grab her by the throat and strangle her to the point that she felt she could not breathe. After a few moments he released her and she told him that she was going to call the police, at which time he took the phone from her and threw it onto the ground, stomped on the phone, breaking the screen. She then picked the phone up, ran outside, and called the police. Samuel had calmed at this point and both parties were found outside the residence waiting for the police to arrive. The only visible injuries the victim had was a small scratch on the inside of her right bicep.

DEFENDANT: Tiffany Allmon

Officers responded to 236 S. 4th St. due to both parties calling the police. When police arrived Mr. Keaton was standing outside with no shirt and was showing the police his arm and lip. Mr. Keaton stated that he and his girlfriend, the defendant, were on the way home when they stated arguing. He stated that they she got mad because he was airing their business out at work, where they both work. The argument became physical when the defendant hit Mr. Keaton in the mouth. He stated that she then bit him in the arm and shoulder when they arrived home. He said she then went inside the apartment where she broke his PlayStation 4 and tv. The defendant stated that she did hit Mr. Keaton in the mouth while they were in the car. She stated that when they arrived home he went inside and broke her 2 phones at which time she broke his PlayStation 4 and tv. The defendant stated that Mr. Keaton then went outside to the defendant’s vehicle and smashed her car windshield. Mr. Keaton admitted the smashing the windshield. Officers had enough probable cause to arrest both parties due to the statements made and the injuries.

DEFENDANT: Darius Keaton

THE DEFENDANT, DARIUS KEATON, AND HIS GIRLFRIEND TIFFANY ALLMON WERE ON THE WAY HOME FROM WORK WHEN THEY GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT. THE ARGUMENT TURNED PHYSICAL AND MS. ALLMON STRUCK MR. KEATON DURING A TUSSLE IN THE CAR, BLOODYING HIS LIP. BOTH PARTIES PROCEEDED IN FIGHTING, MR. KEATON HAD MULTIPLE BITE MARKS FROM MS. ALLMON. THEY GOT HOME TO 236 S 4TH ST AND GOT OUT OF THE VEHICLE STILL ARGUING. THE DEFENDANT THEN SLAPPED THE PHONE OUT OF MS. ALLMON’S HAND WHICH CAUSED IT TO BREAK. THEY WENT INSIDE AND MS. ALLMON CALLED THE POLICE. WHILE SHE WAS ON THE PHONE, THE DEFENDANT TOOK IT OUT OF HER HAND AND SMASHED IT. MS. ALLMON THEN PICKED UP MR. KEATON’S PLAYSTATION 4 AND THREW IT ON THE GROUND, BREAKING IT. BOTH PARTIES THEN PROCEEDED TO TUSSLE UNTIL THE SISTER OF MS. ALLMON (MYKIALA JAMES) WAS ABLE TO BREAK IT UP. MS. ALLMON THEN PUSHED MR. KEATON’S TELEVISION ON THE FLOOR AND STEPPED ON IT. THE DEFENDANT THEN WENT OUTSIDE AND SMASHED MS. ALLMON’S CAR WINDSHIELD. THE DEFENDANT IS CURRENTLY ON PROBATION FOR DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND HE HAS BOND CONDITIONS STATING THAT HE IS NOT TO BE THREATENING MS. ALLMON. DUE TO BOTH PARTIES STATEMENTS AND THE INJURIES AND VANDALISM THAT TOOK PLACE OFFICERS HAD ENOUGH PROBABLE CAUSE TO ARREST BOTH PARTIES FOR DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND DOMESTIC VANDALISM DUE TO THE LIKELIHOOD THE OFFENSE WOULD CONTINUE.

DEFENDANT: Cylis Vontez Porter

The Defendant was arrested for aggravated robbery. In the car with him and also indicated as a suspect in the robbery was a juvenile suspect.

DEFENDANT: Dustin Honz Stone

While attempting to serve a warrant on a xxxx at 100 Northcreek Boulevard room xxx I observed in plain view what I recognized to be methamphetamine on the counter next to the sink. The methamphetamine was sitting on top of a digital scale with another digital scale and a box of plastic bags next to it. The substance did field test positive as methamphetamine. The weight of the methamphetamine was approximately 6.5 grams. Defendant claimed ownership of the methamphetamine. Defendant was taken into custody and transported to Davidson County booking for possession with intent of schedule II and drug paraphernalia. REF GOPD 17-13739.
