DEFENDANT: Daniel Lewis Inman

On today’s date the defendant and his co-defendant went into 847 Conference Drive, Pinnacle Bank, in Goodlettsville TN. While they were inside, the defendant attempted to cash a payroll check from Enviro-Scapes, LLC for $1,562.03. The bank employee became suspicious of the defendants and she called the company to verify their employment. When the company denied that neither defendant worked for them, the bank employee called police. When police arrived there were detained and interviewed by Detective Stan Hilgadiack. The defendant stated that he was contacted by his co-defendant about possible employment. The defendant stated that he was driven to the bank and was given a check to cash. The defendants were also advised to meet “Frank” behind a construction site near the bank to be picked up. GOPD#17-26732

DEFENDANT: APRILL TONSBERG

SUSPECT WAS TERMINATED FROM EMPLOYMENT AT LOCATION, 611 COMMERCE, THE RENISANCE HOTEL. SUSPECT REFUSED TO LEAVE, AND BEGAN MAKING THREATENING STATEMENTS TOWARD STAFF AND HERSELF PER STAFF. WITNESS/ DIRECTOR OF SECURITY STATED THAT THE SUSPECT WOULD NOT LEAVE. R/O SPOKE WITH DIRECTOR OF SECURITY PRIOR TO TALKING TO SUSPECT. DIRECTOR STATED SHE HAD TOLD THE SUBJECT MULTIPLE TIMES TO LEAVE AND SHE REFUSED. LOCATION HAS A WAIVER ON FILE WITH THE CITY. THROUGH OUT THE DURATION OF THE INCIDENT INCLUDING PRIOR TO PD ARRIVAL THE SUSPECT CONTINUED TO YELL, SCREAM AND CUSS AT ALL INVOLVED AT THE HOTEL, AND AT PD DURING THE RIDE TO BOOKING. SUSPECT STATED IN FRONT OF R/O SHE WAS NOT GOING ANYWHERE AT THE HOTEL THAT SHE WAS NOT GOING ANYWHERE. SUSPECT DID STATE TO SHERRIFFS DEPARTMENT THAT SHE WAS UPSET BUT WAS NOT SUISIDAL JUST MAD ABOUT BEING FIRED.

DEFENDANT: Johnnie Dalton

Police conducted a knock and talk at the location. I spoke to the owner of the room and she granted consent to search the room. Inside the room detectives located a small bag of marijuana, a digital scale, several forms of paraphernalia and a loaded 40 caliber Glock pistol. The pistol was located in a pair of pants that is believed to belong to Mr. Dalton. Dalton is a convicted felon for 2nd degree homicide. The glock pistol was confirmed stolen through Arms and is valued at about 500 dollars.

DEFENDANT: Brittany Frierson

A THIRD PARTY WITNESS CALLED POLICE AND ADVISED THAT SHE SAW A FEMALE WITH BLOND HAIR ATTACKING AN AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE WITH NO SHIRT ON. THE WITNESS STATED THAT THE FEMALE WAS STRIKING A VEHICLE WITH A LARGE BLACK OBJECT. OFFICERS SAW THE DRIVER’S SIDE MIRROR OF THE VICTIM’S CAR WAS DAMAGED. THE MIRROR WAS SITTING ON TOP OF THE HOOD INDICATING THAT IT WAS RECENT DAMAGE.

THE WITNESS STATED THE FEMALE BEGAN PUNCHING THE VICTIM AND CHASED HIM DOWN THE ALLEY. THE WITNESS STATED THE MALE DID NOT PUNCH THE FEMALE BACK. THE WITNESS STATED THAT THERE WAS A WITNESS WHO WAS NOT INVOLVED, BUT WAS STANDING WITH THE VICTIM AND DEFENDANT.

OFFICERS ARRIVED AND LOCATED ALL PARTIES INVOLVED. ALL PARTIES DENIED BEING INVOLVED IN A DISPUTE. OFFICERS SAW THAT THE VICTIM WAS BLEEDING FROM HIS RIGHT HAND.

DEFENDANT: Camron D Harris

I stopped a vehicle on Clarksville Pike for only having one functioning brake light. The passenger side brake light was not functioning. The defendant, who was driving the vehicle, is a revoked-habitual motor vehicle offender according to ARMS portal.

DEFENDANT: James C Buford

FAILURE TO ILLUMINATE THE LICENSE PLATE LAW. I CONDUCTED A TRAFFIC STOP ON THE DEFENDANT. DURING THE PERSONAL CONTACT PHASE I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THE DEFENDANT WAS SWEATING AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT. THE DEFENDANTS EYES WERE BLOOD SHOT AND WATERY. THE DEFENDANTS SPEECH WAS SLURRED. I THEN HAD THE DEFENDANT EXIT THE VEHICLE. THE DEFENDANT WAS UNSTEADY EXITING THE VEHICLE. THE DEFENDANT AGREED TO PERFORM STANDARD FIELD SOBRIETY TASKS. THE DEFENDANT SHOWED ALL SIX INDICATORS ON THE HGN TASK. THE DEFENDANT SHOWED SIX INDICATORS ON THE WALK AND TURN. THE DEFENDANT SHOWED FOUR INDICATORS ON THE ONE LEG STAND.
THE DEFENDANT WAS READ HIS MIRANDA RIGHTS AND ADMITTED TO TAKING SIX MEDICATIONS TO INCLUDE HYDROCODONE. THE DEFENDANT STATED HE HAS TAKEN FOUR HYDROCODONE PILLS PRIOR TO DRIVING. THE DEFENDANT WOULD NOT ELABORATE REGARDING OTHER DRUG USE OR ALCOHOL INTAKE.
THE DEFENDANT WAS INFORMED OF THE TENNESSEE IMPLIED CONSENT ADVISEMENT AND REFUSED A BLOOD TEST.

DEFENDANT: Charles K Wiliams Jr

On 09/06/2017, I responded to a domestic disturbance call at xxx Burns St. The victim  stated her boyfriend (Williams) had assaulted her. The victim stated she confronted the defendant about some text messages he received from another female on his cell phone. The victim stated the defendant became irate and started a verbal argument. The victim sated the defendant attempted to snatch the cell phone out of her hand and pushed her. The victim stated the defendant then grabbed her neck with two hands and choked her. The victim stated she did not lose consciousness but had hard time breathing. The victim stated the defendant yelled it was her fault while he choked her. The victim stated the defendant released her after a few seconds and punched her in the face. The victim stated the defendant punched her several times in the face. Police observed a small red mark on the right side of the victim’s chin but did not observe any marks or bruises on the victim’s neck. The victim stated the defendant grabbed her by the neck a second time and pushed her out of the residence. The defendant stated the victim jumped onto of top and started to punch him in the head. The defendant stated the victim pulled on his dreads and he pushed her off of him. The defendant denied ever assaulting the victim or choking the victim. Police did not observe any marks or bruises on the defendant. The defendant did not want to prosecute. The victim stated she wanted to prosecute and obtain an order of protection against the defendant. Police arrested the defendant for domestic assault and transported him to booking without further incident. After further investigation, Police would prosecute on behalf of the victim; due to, the felony domestic strangulation charge.
