ARREST: #WhiteGirlWasted at McDonalds – Breasts Out, Butt Up

Last Wednesday, management at a Nashville McDonald’s were not “lovin’ it”. According to a police report, Ashley Garlit was inside the restaurant when she began exposing her breasts to customers and employees, and refused to leave.

When McDonald’s management asked her to leave the restaurant, she turned around, pulled down her pants, and exposed her bare ass to them and everyone in the restaurant. There is security footage of the incident.

When MNPD officers arrived, Garlit was unsteady on her feet, mumbling &slurring her speech. She was unable to comply with simple commands, per the arrest affidavit.

THE DEFENDANT WAS AT 331 HARDING PLACE INSIDE OF THE MCDONALDS. MCDONALDS MANAGEMENT CALLED DISPATCH AND STATED THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS REFUSING TO LEAVE, EXPOSING HERSELF, AND CAUSING A DISTURBANCE INSIDE THE LOCATION. WHEN OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE DEFENDANT SHE WAS UNSTEADY ON HER FEET AND COULD NOT COMPLY WITH SIMPLE COMMANDS. THE DEFENDANT WAS MUMBLING AND SLURRING HER SPEECH. THE DEFENDANT ALSO HAD AN OUTSTANDING WARRANT FOR FAILURE TO BE BOOKED. OFFICERS SPOKE WITH THE MCDONALDS MANAGEMENT WHO STATED THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS IN THE LOCATION AND REVEALING HER BREASTS AND WHEN ASKED TO LEAVE, SHE LOWERED HER PANTS AND SHOWED THE MANAGEMENT HER BUTTOCKS. THE INCIDENT WAS VIDEO RECORDED BY MCDONALDS MANAGEMENT. OFFICERS VIEWED THE VIDEO WHICH SHOWED THE DEFENDANT INSIDE OF THE LOCATION EXPOSING HERSELF TO THE PUBLIC.

Garlit was charged with Public Intox, Criminal Trespass, and Incident Exposure. Shortly after this incident she was arrested once again for Public Intox, once again:

Pd was dispatched to the Mapco at 585 Stewarts Ferry Pike in referance to the defendant being disorderly. The defendant was seen stagering in the parking lot talking to bystanders as pd arrive on scene. The defendant matched the description given by the complainant. The defendant had slurred speech, unsteady on her feet, had no jacket and no shoes on her bare feet while it was 36 degrees outside. The defendant rambled about multiple topics and could not hold a normal conversation. The defendant stated that she just got out of Davidson County Jail 6 minutes ago and yet she was at least 10 miles from that location. This showed that she had no clue to what time it was. The defendant had an odor of alcoholic beverage about her breath as she talked to pd. Later, the defendant admitted to drinking vodka. The defendant was very talkative while in the back seat of the patrol car. The defendant was taken into custody for her own safety due to her showing numerous signs of intoxicatation.
