When a rental vehicle was returned to the rental car garage on November 13, 2017 she removed it and had been driving it for several days without permission from Enterprise rental. Defendant drove the vehicle to work and parked it on a different level in the rental car garage.
On 11/13/17, Antasisa Baker was observed removing a 2018 Dodge Charger from the Enterprise car return area, and exiting the garage, as of the time the warrant was issued in December, the car has still not been located.
On 11/15/17, Antasisa Baker was observed removing (another) 2018 Dodge Charger from the Enterprise car return area, and exiting the garage, as of the time the warrant was issued in December, the car has also not been located.
On 11/25/17, Antasisa Baker was terminated from Enterprise after being found in a different rental vehicle without permission, and her drivers license is also revoked.
When initially confronted by Airport Police, Baker gave a written statement that a black male named ‘Red’ gave her the vehicle to drive. A few days later, video evidence proved this to not be true, and she was also charged with false report/statements. Baker was arrested on Monday.
