UPDATE:

The eviction process is initiated by a ‘detainer warrant’ which was filed on 12/07/17, 2 days before the 2nd fatal shooting of the year at the East Nashville Club, which happened overnight.

The business is not the only one going through an eviction – Cloud IX’s owner, Erica Fenton, is also going through the eviction process at her personal residence, too, after she was served with a detainer warrant on 11/16 at her home. She had an initial court date on 12/05 last week, and will appear again on 01/09/2018.
