Dustin Whitefield, of Main St in East Nashville, was sentenced last week to a six month suspended sentence for stealing 2 porch swings – in the back of a Mitsubishi Eclipse!
The conviction stemmed from an arrest on an outstanding warrant for the theft, which states that Dustin Whitefield & co-defendant Judy Alcantar drove to the Kroger in Goodlettsville in a silver Mitsubishi Eclipse, when they exited the vehicle and loaded two boxed Kroger swings into their vehicle.
They then drove off without paying, the total loss: $398.00. Photos from Kroger camera system saved to this report.
Whitefield was sentenced to 6 months probation (suspended sentence), $424.90 in court cost, and $398 restitution.
