Sierra Lenigar was arrested on Wednesday evening after MNPD received multiple calls that she was pulling her pants down outside a store, and hitting vehicles.
When officers arrived, she was “highly intoxicated” and when MNPD took her into custody, the officer noted she was also possibly under the influence of “some narcotics”. She began to cuss at police, and once handcuffed and in the back of the cruiser, she head butted the officer that was buckling her seat belt. She then kicked him multiple times in the hand and leg. Then she was met with another officer who she also kicked, this time in the face. She kicked the patrol car and broke part of door, too.
Sierra Lenigar was arrested on the following charges:
- Assault of Officer / $500 bond
- Vandalism / $500 bond
- Resisting Arrest / $500 bond
- Disorderly Conduct / $500 bond
- Public Intox / $500 bond
Lenigar bonded out on Friday via 1st Stop Bonding, and will appear in court on 01/10/18.
Lenigar was also recently arrested on 10/29/17 when she got into an argument in the drive thru of Taco Bell at 1117 Gallatin Pk:
On 10/29/2017 at 0014 I was dispatched to 1117 Gallatin Pke S. Upon arrival I made contact with the defendant who stated that she had been in an argument with her girlfriend in the drive through of Taco Bell. The defendant stated that the victim had struck her and then fled the scene with her laptop computer. I spoke to two witnesses who work in the Taco Bell that stated that someone had told them to call the cops through the speaker and when they looked outside they saw the defendant striking the victim repeatedly in the face with her closed fist and telling her she couldn’t leave because she had been drinking. The victim then exited the vehicle and walked north on Gallatin Pke S. The victim was located walking down Neely’s Bend Rd and stated that they had been arguing and the defendant struck her in the face. The victim also stated that she hit the defendant back in self-defense once. The victim has visible injuries on her right cheek that were photographed. The defendant was taken into custody and transported to booking.
ON 12/06/2017 OFFICERS RECEIVED MULTIPLES CALL ON A SUBJECT HITTING VEHICLES WINDOW AND PUTTING HER PANTS DOWN OUTSIDE A BUSINESS. WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED THE DEFENDANT WAS HIGHLY INTOXICATED AND AN ODOR OF ALCOHOL WAS BEING Expelled FROM HER BREATH. THE DEFENDANT HAS SLURRED SPEECH AND BLOOD SHOT EYES AND POsSIBLY UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SOME NARCOTICS. WHEN OFFICERS TOOK THE DEFENDANT INTO CUSTODY, TEH DEFENDANT BEGAN TO USE PROFANE LANGUAGE AND WHEN THE OFFICER ATTEMPTED TO PLACE THE SEAT BELT ON, THE DEFENDANT BUD HEADED THE OFFICER AND THEN KICKED THE OFFICER MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE HAND AND LEG. THE DEFENDANT ALSO ASSAULTED ANOTHER OFFICER AND KICKED HIM IN THE FACE. THE DEFENDANT WAS KICKING THE WINDOW OF THE PATROL CAR AND DOOR AND BROKE PART OF THE DOOR. THE DEFENDANT WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE REASONS.
