Brandon Nichlaus Mohle was more than a little drunk early Sunday morning. He was so wasted that he flagged down a pizza delivery guy, and tried to fight him for not giving him a ride.

MNPD Officers were flagged down early Sunday morning by a pizza delivery driver, due to someone trying to fight him on the sidewalk. That ‘someone’ would turn out to be 26 year-old BRandon Mohle. Mohle, who admits that he started smoking weed and drinking for the past 6 hours, thought that the pizza delivery guy was an uber driver.

Mohle repeatedly tried to get the pizza delivery guy to give him a and did not understand why he was unwilling, despite it being explained to him several times, that this was not his uber. Mohle became more angry and harassed the delivery driver more each time he was refused a ride.Eventually MNPD were summoned and Mohle was found to be very intoxicated, unsteady on his feet, bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech.

Mohle did get his ride – to booking, where he was charged with public intoxication.

Court Affidavit:

I WAS FLAGGED DOWN BY A CIVILIAN, MR. HUMPHREY WHO STATED THE DEFENDANT HAD BEEN TRYING TO FIGHT HIM ON THE SIDE WALK FOR NOT GIVING HIM A RIDE. MR. HUMPHREY WAS A PIZZA DRIVER AND NOT A UBER THAT’S WHY HE COULD NOT GIVE THE DEFENDANT A RIDE. MR. HUMPHREY TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT TO THE DEFENDANT BUT HE BECAME MORE ANGRY AND ATTEMPTED TO FIGHT HIM. MR. HUMPHREY SPOTTED ME AND WAVED ME DOWN, WHEN I ARRIVED THE DEFENDANT WAS STILL TRYING TO PROVOKE MR. HUMPHREY BY YELLING AND CURSING AT HIM. THE DEFENDANT WAS VERY UNSTEADY ON HIS FEET, HAD BLOOD SHOT WATERY EYES, A STRONG ODOR OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE COMING FROM HIS PERSONS, AND SLURRED SPEECH. I ASKED THE DEFENDANT IF HE WAS INTOXICATED AND HE ADVISED ME HE HAD SMOKED MARIJUANA AND BEEN DRINKING SINCE ABOUT 2000 HRS YESTERDAY. THE DEFENDANT WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY DO TO BEING A DANGER TO HIMSELF AND OTHERS.
