America’s Next Top Model C24 Contestant Brendi K Seiner, from here in Nashville, was arrested overnight on a violation of an order of protections, and is currently is in custody of the Davidson County Sheriff’s Department on a 12 hour Domestic Violence hold.

Seiner was arrested just before 5 AM in Nashville, and will spend a mandatory 12 hours in jail before she is eligible for release.

She paid her bond via Grumpy’s Bail Bonds just after Noon on Sunday ($1,000 bond) – and will released after the 12-hour domestic violence hold, around 4:30 PM Sunday afternoon. Her next court appearance will now be in front of Judge Allegra Walker on 02/06/2018 at 8:30 AM.

According to court records, the restraining order was taken out by Kristine Joy Smith on November 8th, 2017, due an an initial incident in October of 2017.

We were able to briefly speak to Kristine Joy Smith by phone on Sunday, who goes by by her business page of ‘Kristy Joy Smith / Krystine Angel Music Page‘ on Social Media. When asked directly about the incident, Smith would not give particulars, citing that she had to sleep in her car because she was scared for her safety, and giving very broad statements about Seiner coming at her with knives and taking things from a storage unit, and attempting to assault her. Our conversation was brief, and she ended the call after making assertions that we “should know who she is” as she was a Miss Tennessee among other claims we could not immediately verify. Smith sounded to be in a very manic state, and stated she had been in fear for quite some time.

This is a developing story, and more details on the specifics of the arrest and violation will be published as they become available.
