We’ve lost count of the number of arrests of members of the #BoosterClub in Nashville, who all like to sell their boosted (stolen) items in a facebook group full of over 20,000 people ready to buy. In tonight’s update, new open warrants were sworn out earlier this week for Erikka Nolan, Markeida Mason, Sandora Marsh, and Lawanda Givans. Nolan was taken into custody earlier tonight, when expired tags gave officers probably cause to pull over her vehicle, and she was taken into custody for her two latest outstanding warrants, along with an additional charge for driving on a revoked license.

The warrants, which were served on Nolan tonight (and remain outstanding for Givans, Marsh & Mason), are from 2 felony thefts from Off Broadway Shoes in Bellevue. The first incident was on Saturday 01/20/18 at 8:30 PM, when Erikka S Nolan, and her co-defendants, Markeida M Mason and Sandora A Marsh, were observed entering the 8153 Sawyer Brown Rd location of Off Broadway Shoes.

Once inside the location, all three defendants grabbed shopping bags and began filling them with shoes. When a witness and another employee approached the defendants, they all scattered and ran for the front entrance. The defendants then exited the location passing all points of sale without attempting to pay for the merchandise valued at approximately $1035. The defendants then fled the location in what was described as a black Ford Fusion with damage to the front right bumper and displaying a temporary tag. The entire incident was captured via video surveillance equipment from within the location, and the defendants were positively identified from the video provided.

But that shoplifting spree wasn’t enough, so on January 29th, Erikka Nolan, hit the same location, this time on a Monday at 3 PM with Markeida Mason and Lawanda Givans. The three were observed entering the 8153 Sawyer Brown Rd location of Off Broadway Shoes. Once inside the location, all three defendants produced white plastic bags which they had concealed on their persons, and they then began filling the bags with shoes. The defendants then exited the location passing all points of sale without attempting to pay for the merchandise valued at approximately $1090. The defendants then fled the location in what was described as a black Ford Fusion with damage to the front right bumper and displaying a temporary tag. The entire incident was captured via video surveillance equipment from within the location, and the defendants were positively identified.

Nolan posted her $8750 bond via R & Sons, and will have court on 02/22/18.

It appears to be getting dangerous to sell anything in the ‘Exclusive Shopping’ Club. Dangerous to their freedom. Givans has prior court dates on 02/20 & 02/22. Mason has prior court dates on 02/20 & 03/29. Sandora Marsh has prior scheduled appearances for 02/15, 03/07, & 03/29.
