Kenneth Wayne Jolly walked into the Metro PCS at 905 Gallatin Pk S, and sat in a chair in public area of the store. What he did next landed him in jail, and this isn’t his first arrest for it.
Several minutes later, employees looked over and noticed that Kenneth Wayne Jolly had his pants down around his ankles and was actively masturbating. The store manager called police and was able to record part of the incident. A customer entered the store, yelled at Jolly, who was still masturbating, at which point he fled the scene. He was later identified in a photo line up. There was a minor child in the store at the time of the incident.
Previously, Jolly was arrested in November of 2016 at a Nashville Home Depot for “masturbating to photos of children from the builder’s workshop.” . In December of the previous year, Jolly was charged with exposing himself to restaurant patrons, one of whom was a 6-year-old child. And in November of 2015, Jolly was arrested at a Charlotte Avenue restaurant for masturbating with his pants down in front of patrons.
Jolly was already in custody on previous charges when served with this warrant on 03/02/18. He will appear in court for this charge tomorrow, 03/08/18.
So it looks like Metro Police are the only ones that “got their Jollys”.
