Joshua Quick was arrested on Tuesday for violating an order of protection, once again. The first violation resulted from him installing a GPS tracker on the vehicle of his ex-girlfriend, and the new violation stems from him attempting to contact his victim, despite knowing the OOP was in place.

Here’s what happened:

The victim was having her vehicle serviced at an auto care business when the employees discovered a GPS tracking device underneath her vehicle. The device was turned into police, and a subpoena was submitted to the manufacturer, SpyTech Inc, for owner information associated with the device. The response from SpyTec Inc provided the order summary which listed the defendant (Joshua Quick) as the person who bought the device, it was shipped to his address, and the subscription was billed to him. Warrants were then issued for his arrest.

Here’s the Charges:

  • Stalking
  • Order of Protection Violation (x2)
  • Motor vehicle tracking device

He bonded out to his Village Way address.
