Last month, just days before he would leave to go on a European Tour with Will Hoge, Nashville drummer Allen Jones was at The Basement East, where the female victim was playing a show.
After the show, the victim and some friends went to 3 Crow Bar, where she sat with some friends, along with Allen Jones (fb) and his friends. As the night progressed, Allen had several drinks and eventually moved to sit with the victim, where they talked until the bar closed. Allen attempted to get a Lyft to take him home, but says he was unable to complete the transaction, for an unknown reason. The victim offered to give him a ride home, and he accepted.
While the victim was driving Allen Jones (IG) to his home, he unzipped his pants and pulled out his penis, according to a police report. When MNPD detectives spoke to Allen Jones, he admitted to having a few drinks and ‘blacking out’. He states the he remembers coming to while in the victim’s car, and that his penis was in his hand.
Allen Jones (twitter) returned from his European tour this week, and was arrested on indecent exposure charges late Friday evening (03/23). He posted the $500 cash bond, and will appear in court on 04/13/2018.
