Robert Leftwich was arrested on Friday for yet another DVD theft from a big box store, bringing his 2018 total to over $2035 in stolen DVDs – that he’s been charged with.

This arrest stemmed from March 3rd incident, where Robert Leftwich entered Target at 10 AM, and took $1,901 worth of DVDs from the sales floor. He is observed taking DVDs off the shelf, and concealing them on his person, and then walks out of the store, past all points of sale, with no effort to pay, and flees in a grey Chevrolet Trailblazer.

Leftwich was already out on bail for a previous DVD theft – from Walmart in February, when he entered the store and selected several DVDs & concealed them on his person. He then exited the store without paying for the concealed items and walked to a vehicle that was parked in a handicap parking space. Officers were able to recover the stolen DVD’s which were under the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Value of those items was $134.64.

He will appear in court on 03/20 & 05/10 to answer to both misdemeanor and felony theft charges.
