In what could not be a worse time for the fans of the speedway at the Nashville fairgrounds, the current contract holder ‘Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville‘, owned by Tony Formosa, seems to be behind on bills. In a lawsuit filed this week by WZTV / Sinclair Broadcast Group, records show they have now accumulated more than $13,000 in unpaid advertising bills to the TV station.
We reached to Tony Formosa for comment, but have not yet heard back.
