Late Tuesday night, MNPD Officers were dispatched to Top Golf, on a report of an intoxicated person. Upon arrival, security guards were out with the intoxicated person, Kathryn A McCulloch.
Officers asked McCulloch for her identification, she simply handed them a tampon and would not comply with any further questions.
She was unable or unwilling to tell officers who she was, where she lived, had blood shot water eyes, was lethargic and very unsteady on her feed. When asked how much she had drank she said “a lot of alcohol”.
Kathryn McCulloch, along with her tampon, was then taken into custody as not to become a danger to herself or to others, and charged with public intox before being allowed to sleep it off.
