Kyle Kohler, 28, was arrested on Saturday night on charges of public intoxication and criminal trespassing after he attempted to fool a bouncer after he was kicked out of a local bar.

Police say that Kohler was a patron at The End, 2219 Elliston Place, when staff asked him to leave the venue. He complied and left for a brief period of time. A short time later, Kohler returned to the bar, wearing entirely different clothing, in what police say was an attempt to fool the door staff and regain entry to the bar.

Kohler was once again asked to leave the establishment, however he refused and told staff he was not going anywhere. Police say upon their arrival he smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and criminal trespass. He was freed on the pre-trial-release program, and will appear in court on 09/21/18.
