InĀ  July, we reported on Nicholas Birch, who was thenĀ charged with 4 counts of felony aggravated burglary, after he admitted to breaking into several Bellevue residences while detectives drove him around neighborhoods and he pointed out the houses he had stolen from.

During the course of those investigations, a search warrant was issued for his phone, and all the photos from the device were dumped by MNPD. Photographs dated 06/25/18 on the phone showed images of Marc Jacobs & Gucci watches, which were taken from a Westerly Drive on 06/25/18, and positively identified by the victim as being taken from her residence.

Another photograph on the phone, dated 06/06/18, was positively identified as three Father Ryan High School rings taken from a Clematis Drive residence that were reported stolen on 6/06/18.

Nicholas Birch was booked and charged with two additional counts of aggravated burglary on Saturday, in addition to some other outstanding charges, including a felony capias for failing to show for his recent court date. Unlike last time, where he received a relatively low bond that he posted almost immediately, he now remains in jail on a $115,000 bond.
