Metro PD reports that Kenneth Jester, 56, was struck and killed just after midnight crossing the street in the 300 block of Harding Place near Metroplex Drive.

Officers are continuing to be on the lookout for a late model dark Ford Fiesta that struck and killed Jester. The Ford was traveling east on Harding Place when it struck Jester, who was attempting to cross the road. After impact, the Fiesta continued on and was last seen heading east on Harding Place toward Antioch Pike.

Anyone with information about the Ford Fiesta, which is believed to be a 2017 or 2018 model, is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. The car did sustain damage. Toxicology testing will be conducted at the Medical Examiner’s Office to determine whether Jester was impaired.

Jester recently made news in April, when he was riding a Walmart scooter in traffic on Bell Rd while heavily intoxicated.
