Andrea Cartwright, 37, was observed by police with another individual on the property of 1 Titans Way on Wednesday morning at 9:10 AM.

According to a police affidavit, Officer Charles Embry saw her charging her phone while using the Titan’s electrical outlet on the property, despite there being signs posted that indicate ‘NO TRESPASSING’.

The officer continues to note that Cartwright doesn’t work for the stadium, wasn’t conducting any business with them, and determined she had no legal reason to be on the property or charging her cell phone.

He took her into custody, charged her with the sole charge of criminal trespass, and she was released on pre-trial-release shortly after. This was her first arrest.
