VIDEO: 3 Arrested in Rivergate Mall Store Theft #BoosterClub

Sandora Marsh, Janasia Robins, & Derricka Sawyers were all arrested Wednesday night after they ran from police after a shoplifting at Rivergate Mall.

Officers were investigating a shoplifting call at Rivergate Mall where 2 of the defendants had stolen items, and fled the store into the parking lot. Affidavits for Janasia Robins & Sandora Marsh, indicate they stole two shirts from Foot Locker, totaling $80 in value. All defendants ignored commands to stop, and were charged with evading arrest. Marsh and Robins were charged with theft under $1,000.

Sandora Marsh, who was already out on bond awaiting trial on recent grand jury indictments, was charged with theft and evading arrest, and given pre-trial release. Shortly after being released, she posted on social media “So many charges make me wanna go way over seas”. Terms of her release don’t allow her to leave the state.

Janasia Robins was charged with theft, and evading arrest, as well as charged with outstanding warrants for theft and assault (offensive contact) from another incident. She remains in jail as of Friday afternoon.

Derricka Sawyers was charged with evading arrest, and was eventually released late Thursday on pre-trial release.
