Bennie Buckner, 72, was arrested on Tuesday morning, charged with felony sexual battery of a Donelson hotel clerk.
Bennie Buckner was staying at the hotel in relation to his job at Elk Mountain Trucking. He was in the hotel lobby on the evening of August 1st at approximately 8:50 PM, while the victim was working behind the counter. During the conversation, Buckner grabbed the victim by her arm, and pulled her onto him, while groping her breast.
The entire incident was captured on video. Buckner is charged with sexual battery, and is currently free on a $10,000 bond, via Free At Last Bonding.
