Just before 1 AM on Thursday morning, police say Christopher John Keel, 44, sexually assaulted a woman on the 2nd floor of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen & Rooftop Bar in downtown Nashville.
According to the victim, and several witnesses, Keel reached back with his right hand and swung his open hand down, slapping the female victim “on her ass” leaving a bruise on her body. Keel then proceeded to rub her shoulders in a sexual manner, and laughed about the incident.
Security at the bar detained Christopher Keel until police arrived.
Christopher John Keel is charged with public intoxication & sexual battery. He was booked into jail at 1:35 AM, and was released on a cash bond of $2600 at 3:28 AM. Records indicate Keel is from Tempe, Arizona. He will appear in court on October.
