Cody Batey, 24, was arrested and charged with ‘harassment, repetitive calls’ on Tuesday, after he called his boyfriend 42 times.
Metro officers responded to a domestic disturbance in North Nashville on November 8th, where the victim reported his boyfriend, Cody Batey, had called him 42 times that day, despite being asked to stop calling at several points throughout the day. Batey continued to call, and threatened to kill his boyfriend, according to a police report.
Despite the multiple attempts to contact him, Cody Batey has a current order of protection against the victim. Batey posted a $1,000 bond and will appear in court on December 3rd.
