Metro Police’s Midtown CSU detectives executed a search warrant at 200 Craigmeade Drive in Donelson on Monday, resulting in the discovery of a THC wax manufacturing operation, and the seizure of over three-quarters of a pound of marijuana, edibles, LSD, & MDMA. Christopher Fun, 26, and Alan Servin, 29, were arrested and freed on pre-trial release.

As police executed the search warrant in Donelson Monday, Alan Servin was in his bedroom, and as they made entry to the residence, Christopher Fun was observed fleeing from a rear door, running through the back yard, and tossed a large back of marijuana, weighing over 350 grams, into some bushes. He was taken into custody before he could leave the area.

Inside Fun’s bedroom, detectives located:

  • 2 LSD strips

In the main living area, and a community office/entertainment room, detectives found:

  • digital scales
  • 2.2 grams THC wax
  • cans of butane / torch

Police also searched the bedroom of Alex Servin, and seized:

  • 10 grams THC wax
  • 8 THC edible candies (85 grams)

Police determined the butane torch and accessories were being used to extract THC and produce a wax. Under Miranda, Fun stated the butane, torch, and wax, all found in the community areas, belonged to both he and Servin. Servin had $966 in cash in his bedroom, and Fun had $1,870 in cash in his bedroom. All currency was seized, and Officer Conner Harris stated in the warrant that Christopher Fun said he “sells artwork for a living” so his income could not be verified. The officer was not aware that Fun was a locally well-know artist that actually does sell artwork locally and at festivals.

Alan Servin is charged with possession with intent of a schedule VI drug, manufacture of a schedule VI drug, and paraphernalia charges. Christopher Fun is charged with evading arrest, paraphernalia, two counts of simple possession, possession with intent of a schedule VI drug, and manufacture of a schedule VI drug. Both men were freed on pre-trial release, without having to post a bond.
