Jack Williams, 51, was driving his green Dodge Journey on Murfreesboro Pike toward Bell road on Monday, when he made two lane changes without signaling. This caught the attention of MNPD Officers, who initiated a traffic stop on Williams.

When detectives approached the vehicle, a large baggie of marijuana was seen sitting in the center console, resulting in a probable cause search being conducted. The search resulted in 29.5 grams of marijuana and 8 grams of gray rock heroin below the radio. The heroin was in 16 individual 0.5 gram bags, within a plastic container. Also in the vehicle were a box of plastic baggies and a digital scale.
