Dontez Haynes, 20, could have been at home making hamburger helper for lunch, but instead, he’s likely enjoying a bologna sandwich, courtesy of a Davidson County jail.

Haynes was arrested Friday afternoon, after police say he used his own ID to pawn his roommate’s Sony PlayStation, extra controller, Spider-Man, and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare games. The roommate filed a burglary report on January 3rd, and pawn shop records show that Dontez Haynes pawned the items on January 2nd, at 2:20 p.m., the day of the robbery.

Police say the roommates have locks on their respective doors, so Haynes had to break into the room to steal the property. Dontez Haynes is currently held in lieu of a $10,000 bond for aggravated burglary.
