An Indiana man met a Nashville woman, Frances Grech, on social media, and they had several encounters over the past four months, per a just served arrest warrant. On Christmas day, they agreed to meet at the Red Roof Inn in Goodlettsville, where her and a partner beat and robbed him.

The man checked into room 111, and Grech met him there shortly after his arrival. About 15 minutes after arrival, Frances Grech went outside to smoke a cigarette. When she returned to the room, she left the door ajar so it could be pushed open without a key.

Two minutes later, a currently unknown black male armed with a shotgun, pushed into the room and demanded the man’s money. The victim was stuck with the head with the butt of the shotgun, at which time Frances Grech jumped on the victim she had lured to the hotel, and struck him several times in the face, in an attempt to steal his money. The assault went on for several minutes, until the suspects were able to retrieve $640 in cash, and the victim’s iPhone, before they fled the hotel in the same vehicle.

Frances Grech was positively identified in a photo lineup, and taken into custody just before midnight on January 10th. She is currently held on a $10,000 bond for aggravated robbery.
