He is currently held in lieu of a $600,000 bond & an ICE-Detainer hold.
Metro Police say the 22-year-old man was interviewed on January 31, after his 11-year-old sister reported to her mother she was pregnant by her brother. During an interview, he admitted to having sexual intercourse with the child as recently as this month (January 2019), and as far back as August of 2018. He also admitted to performing oral sex on the child while they lived at their old home prior to August of 2018, when the child was only 10. Since moving to their new home in August of 2018, he also admitted to having the child perform oral sex on him at the home.
The 22-year-old is charged with four counts rape of a child, and has an immigration hold on his release, aka an ‘ICE-Detainer’. He was previously charged with theft and no driver’s license in 2015 – both charges were dismissed.
