Man tells police his name is ‘Harley Davidson’ after firing shotgun from front porch in Cayce Homes

Metro Police responded to a call of an intoxicated person firing a “big gun” from a porch inside Cayce Homes in East Nashville late Tuesday night. They would arrive to find 29-year-old Terrance Buckley, who told police his name was ‘Harley Davidson’.

Upon detaining Terrance, he told police he would own what he did, and there were guns and drugs inside the house. A search incident to arrest found 1.2 grams of cocaine on his person, and the homeowner stated Terrance had more upstairs under a blanket, and sign a search consent form.

In an upstairs bedroom, officers located a Stevens Arms Company 16 gauge shotgun under a blanket with green paint over the serial number, with .5 grams of heroin. Buckley refused to give officers any identifying information, telling police his name was ‘Harley Davidson’, until he was identified at booking. Buckley is charged with criminal impersonation, altercation of identification numbers on the firearm, two counts of possession, public intoxication, possession of a handgun under the influence, and felon in possession of a firearm. He is held in lieu of a $27,250 bond.
