Barrett Baber, a musician that got a four-chair turn and finished in 3rd place on NBC’s The Voice during season nine, was arrested over the weekend for driving under the influence in downtown Nashville.

Metro Police Officer Bradley Nave noticed Baber’s vehicle traveling on Broadway Saturday night, using only daytime running lights. He initiated a traffic stop and spoke with Barrett Baber, who was driving the vehicle. During the interaction, Officer Nave noticed the smell of alcohol coming from Baber’s breath, and noted bloodshot and watery eyes in the eventual arrest report.
