The mother stated that her 34-year-old son was intoxicated and began to wave his can of beer around, then threw the half-full beer at her, striking her in the chest, covering her with the beer. A witness confirmed the mother’s account of events, and Jeremy told officers he was angry and had indeed thrown a beerĀ at his mother. He was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault with a deadly weapon(beer can). He remains jailed on a $5,000 bond.
