Brian Burdick, 38, was in a Nashville courtroom Thursday, where he took a plea deal, bringing his indecent exposure charge down to a public indecency charge, for exposing his ‘Burdick’. There was no additional jail time associated with the plea.
The charge stemmed from an incident last April, where Metro Nashville Police responded to a call to find Burdick lying in the grass with no shirt on, and his pants around his ankles, exposing himself, and not making nay attempt to cover himself, and refused officer’s requests to do so.
Burdick eventually covered himself so he could be taken into custody, and officers note he appeared to be under the influence of ‘something’.
