#EastNashville drug bust nets 30 bags of marijuana, guns, bundles of cash & more

Audra Davidson, 49, and Marcus Beasley, 55, were arrested this week and now face multiple drug and weapon charges after their East Nashville apartment was raided.

Metro Police executed a narcotics related search warrant at and upstairs apartment at 1704 Roberts Avenue in East Nashville. Inside, detectives located several mason jars, plastic bags, and other containers, all with marijuana inside, totaling over 1.1 pounds of marijuana. Over 30 individual bags were located inside the apartment.

In addition to the marijuana, police seized several digital scales and smoking paraphernalia items, in addition to a .22 Intratec long rifle (Tec 22), and a Pardner 20 gauge shotgun. Several bundles of U.S. currency were located at the location, in various small denominations. Audra Davidson and Marcus Beasley were inside the residence, and both refused to speak to detectives or answer any questions.

Audra Davidson and Marcus Beasley are both charged with multiple drug and weapons charges.  She posted a $10,000 bond, and he posted a $27,500 bond; both via Binkley Bonding.
