39-year-old Brian Michael Kirk is free on a $3,000 bond, after being charged with stalking and unlawful exposure. Metro Police say he sent nude photos of his ex-girlfriend to her boss and co-workers recently at 2:04 a.m., and at 2:54 a.m. texted her “Sorry, just put a whore out there”.
According to police, Brian Kirk and his girlfriend ended their relationship approximately three weeks ago, and since he has continued to message her via text messages and social media, despite being asked to stop. On April 6th, he texted the victim her own naked photo, with unspecified derogatory comments. On April 8th, at 2:04 a.m. he sent her nude photo with her face clearly visible to her boss and co-workers. At 2:55 a.m. he sent her a text message stating “Sorry, just put a whore out there”.
More messages were received on the 13th and the 19th of April, along with “violent lyrics” from a rap song. Kirk was taken into custody just after 1 p.m. Wednesday, charged with stalking and unlawful exposure. He is free on a $3,000 bond.
