Woman says “Daddy’O” & “Taz” robbed her; Police arrest her with Ecstasy, Weed, & Cash

A woman says two men she knows as “Daddy’O” and “Taz” robbed her at gunpoint, causing her to wreck as she attempted to flee. She called police, they brought a dog to search for the robbers, but the dog hit on her wrecked car, instead, locating ecstasy, marijuana, and cash.

Metro Police responded to Wilmoth Ct., in North Nashville, on Monday, to a call of a woman who was robbed and wrecked her vehicle in an attempt to flee. When officers arrived, 18-year-old Moesha Hassell stated she was robbed by two individuals she knew as “Daddy’O” and “Taz”. She stated the pair put pistols in her face upon arriving at the location, and told her to “give up the money”. In an attempt to flee, she told police she wrecked her vehicle by running over a mailbox and crashing into a utility pole at the location.

Metro Police called in a K-9 unit to attempt to track the scent of the robbers. As the K-9 Officer walked his partner around the crashed vehicle, the K-9 began giving a narcotics alert response. Given the alert, a probable cause search was conducted, and recovered 21.1 grams of marijuana, 39 ecstasy pills, and $588 in U.S. currency, believed to be consistent with street level drug sales, in addition to two digital scales.

Meosha Hassell was taken into custody and charged with possession with intent (marijuana) 14.175-4535 grams, possession with intent of a SCH I (ecstasy), and drug paraphernalia charges. She is jailed in lieu of a $19,000 bond.
