DUI Arrest: woman rolls vehicle multiple times after concert

Metro Nashville Police say 24-year-old Paige Goff had just left a concert Thursday night when she got into her 2007 Scion drunk, and rolled the vehicle multiple times in a crash on Briley Parkway.

Metro Police were dispatched to the the crash on Briley Parkway North near McGavock Pike, just after 11:30 p.m. Upon arrival, the crash scene was a single-vehicle accident where Goff had rolled her 2007 Scion as she drove off the roadway, becoming coming to rest with the vehicle on its roof, upside down.

Officers observed Goff to have bloodshot and watery eyes, and the odor of alcohol. They say Goff admitted to “drinking a beer” at a concert prior to driving. She had four of six indicators on the H.G.N. test, but refused to perform a one leg stand or walk and turn. She also refused to answer when asked to take a breath test. Goff was booked into the Davidson County Jail at 3:47 a.m. Friday morning, charged with DUI and violation of the implied consent law . She was freed on pre-trial release at 8:21 a.m.
