Zackery Wyatt got into a fight with his girlfriend, per an arrest warrant, raising his hand and threatening to “smack the shit” out of her. He then fled the area, and left her a voicemail saying “I don’t have time for a bitch to put me in jail”. He was later located and arrested, charged with harassment.
According to an arrest warrant, Zackery Wyatt was with his girlfriend at a 24th Avenue food pantry when they got into an argument, during which he raised his open hand and said: “I’m going to smack the shit out of you”. Shortly after this, he walked outside and left the area. Afterward, he called his girlfriend, and left a voicemail stating “I don’t have time for a bitch to put me in jail because I will smack the shit out of you”
A warrant charging Wyatt with harassment was issued, and he was later located and arrested on the charge on Saturday. On Tuesday, he posted a $2,000 bond, and was released with a June court date.
