Nashville’s local CBS Affiliate, WTVF – News Channel 5, spent about an hour today realizing how many people in Tennessee feel all their lives. The station changed its logo to a rainbow for pride month, but after hundreds of threats and negative comments, quickly deleted it from social media, along with the comments, as if it never happened.

Passed out in a parking garage; too drunk for the ER
Monica Hoffmeyer, from Cookeville, was found passed out in a downtown parking garage, and when medics took her to the hospital, she earned a disorderly conduct charge, in addition to public intoxication, after she caused a scene and tried to flee on foot.
Man charged with beating & kicking mother until she was unconscious: Kevonte Barnes
Metro Police have charged Kevonte Barnes with aggravated assault with serious bodily injury, after they say he repeatedly punched his mother in the head and face, before he struck her in the head with his foot, rendering her unconscious.
3 charged in armed robbery at Greyhound Station in downtown Nashville
Metro Police have charged 3 men with robbing a man at the Greyhound station downtown. Police say one of them had a gun as they assaulted a man, taking $150 and a cell phone. They are each held on a $75,000 bond, charged with aggravated robbery with a weapon.
