Mark Stevens didn’t have any cocaine, but Metro Nashville Police charged him with a felony when an undercover detective approached him downtown and asked if he had “any powder?”, to which Stevens said “no”, but told the undercover where he could find some on another street.

An undercover MNPD Detective approached Mark Stevens at the Greyhound bus station downtown on June 4th, and randomly asked if he had “any powder?”. Stevens told the officer he did not, but directed him to the other side of the station, on Division Street. The detective then went to the Divison Street side of the station and purchased and received an amount of cocaine from another person (covered on our Instagram). Police say Stevens facilitate this transaction and was therefore charged with felony facilitation of a felony drug offense.
