A home search of probationer Phaitoon ‘Sean’ Viryasiri by T.D.O.C. officers resulted in the discovery of crystal methamphetamine, marijuana, and a .38 special in the felon’s home.
During the home search, Officers Attaway and Tucker located 0.7 grams of methamphetamine, 5 grams of marijuana, and a .38 special handgun.
Phaitoon ‘Sean’ Viryasiri was arrested and charged with drug possession, felon in possession of a weapon, and possession of methamphetamine. He has a multitude of previous drug-related charges and has an outstanding case in front of the Grand Jury, for which he recently was placed on an in-patient drug treatment court through Community Corrections. He is free on a $10,000 bond, posted June 4th.
