20-year-old Cavon Woods is charged with vandalism after admitting to police he threw his girlfriend’s phone out the car window when he discovered she was cheating on him.
Metro Police say Cavon Woods, 20, and his girlfriend have a child together and were on their way to 2500 Charlotte Ave on July 1st when Woods asked to go through his girlfriend’s phone. According to a statement from the girlfriend, he found “things on her phone he did not like”, that may have indicated she had been cheating and became angry. He then threw the android phone out the window while stopped at a red light on Charlotte Ave.
Woods admitted to police he tossed the phone when he discovered she was cheating on him. Woods is charged with vandalism, and free on a $1,000 bond.
