Woman tosses her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend’s wallet & cash down storm drain #ARRESTED

37-year-old Stephanie Blume is charged with burglary of a motor vehicle after she was caught in her ex-boyfriend’s car stealing his new girlfriend’s wallet and cash and tossing it down a storm drain, where it could be seen by police beneath the storm drain grate.

Metro Nashville Police say Stephanie Blume is the person that called them to the scene of a domestic disturbance between her and her ex-boyfriend on August 11th. She told police she had went through her ex-boyfriend’s car looking for her personal items. Once the ex-boyfriend inspected the car he realized the wallet and cash belonging to his current girlfriend were missing. A witness reported seeing Stephanie Blume taking a wallet from the vehicle and tossing it into a nearby storm drain, where police could see it beneath the storm drain grate.

Blume was charged with felony burglary of a motor vehicle and booked into the Metro Jail. She is free on a $1,500 cash bond.
