A Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted two 33-year-olds, Nancy McCullum, and Dustin Burks, each on counts of rape and sexual exploitation of a minor child, as young as 9 years old.
According to the details of the indictments, the child was as young as 9-years-old during the time period when authorities say the incident(s) took place, which was from January of 2016 through September of 2017. The details outline charges of unlawful sexual penetration of the child, and that the adult(s) intentionally engaged in sexual activity that was patently offensive for the purpose of having the child view the activity.

Dustin Allen Burks, and Nancy Ann McCollum, both age 33, are each charged with felony rape of a minor child, and felony solicitation/sexual exploitation of a minor. Each is held on a $150,000 bond in the Metro Jail, with DNA testing pending.
