Robert E. Moore, III, better known as HotBoiiSosa, has more Instagram followers than the entire population of the Tennessee county that is trying to convict him of criminal impersonation, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, and paraphernalia charges.
The Wayne County Grand Jury indicted Sosa (Moore, Robert) in June on three counts: marijuana possession (14.175 grams – 10 pounds) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal impersonation. In July, a capias was issued for his arrest with a no hold bond ordered per Judge Parker. Two weeks ago, Moore turned himself into the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office on the outstanding warrant, and they arranged his transport to Wayne County, Tennessee, to face the charges.
Moore currently remains on jailed without bond on these charges, in addition to the failure to appear. He is scheduled to appear in court on October 17th.
