Metro Police say 22-year-old Timaria Deberry pepper-sprayed her boyfriend’s mother when she was asked to leave and got into an argument. The mother then chased her down to a parking lot, Timaria pulled out a baseball bat, and the mom defended herself with a razor blade knife.
44-year-old Renee Ashcraft is jailed in lieu of a $3,700 bond after police say she began to take off her clothes at a South Nashville Mapco and grabbed the manager’s butt in a sexual manner without his consent.

Eric Swarbrick, 26, of Austin Texas, pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court, to interstate stalking and sending interstate communications with the intent to threaten, announced U.S. Attorney Don Cochran for the Middle District of Tennessee. Swarbrick was charged in September 2018 and initially arrested in Travis County, Texas before being transferred to the Middle District of Tennessee. Randy Travis’ stepson, 23-year-old Raleigh Davis Beougher, was taken into custody early Sunday morning, charged with an assault of his long-time girlfriend that included him stomping her head after pushing her to the ground. Police found her bloody and with green residue from his shoes on her face. The victim says Randy’s wife, Mary Davis, told her to ‘apologize for making a scene’ after her son beat her. October is domestic violence month.
